Elena Maters answered on 6 Jul 2020:
I love Cadbury Fingers, especially dipping them in my tea so they melt a bit! ๐

Zoe Haime answered on 6 Jul 2020:
Difficult to pick but I always forget how much I like custard creams until I have one again!
-
Tanya Batchellier answered on 6 Jul 2020:
Definitely a digestive! So many options – can dunk it in hot chocolate (or tea if you like it), add chocolate to it or put it as the base of a cheesecake
-
James Smallcombe answered on 6 Jul 2020:
I like a simple (or chocolate) digestive, as a solid tea dunking biscuit.
Good biscuits are more critical to the progress of science than most people realise, many a problem I have cracked with colleagues over a good tea break and digestive. -
Sophia Pells answered on 6 Jul 2020:
I have a cat called Biscuit, so Iโll have to choose her! I am also a big fan of chocolate hobnobs.

Hi. Interesting question.
Milk Chocolate Digestives and Jaffa cakes -
Martin Coath answered on 6 Jul 2020:
Lincoln. (Don’t worry if you don’t know what I am talking about, they haven’t been popular for years and I am not even sure you can still get them ๐ข )

Giorgio Bindoni answered on 6 Jul 2020:
Hi Ines, I like hob-nobs, but also some biscuits I bake myself with oats and wholegrain flower
-
Colleen Sprigg answered on 6 Jul 2020:
Bourbon Creams! An underrated biscuit that is excellent with a good cup of tea
-
Andrew McDowall answered on 6 Jul 2020:
Dark chocolate digestive (with a bit of a weakness for Scotch Abernethy)
-
Ken Mollison answered on 6 Jul 2020:
I really donโt have a favourite biscuit! I can make any biscuit disappear really quick though. Biscuits with toffee in them and chocolate too might just have the edge. Have you seen the periodic table of biscuits? Iโd recommend you have a look on line. There are at least two, and if printed big can make good reading at a biscuit eating station.

Victoria Burton answered on 6 Jul 2020:
We have had some intense discussion about biscuits in our lab! I rather like custard creams, but also bourbons, but my absolute favourite are chocolate hobnobs.

Kiri Thornalley answered on 6 Jul 2020:
It depends on what I want to do with them! Bourbon biscuits are definitely my favourite biscuit for dunking. But to just eat them, I really like party rings because of all of the different colours.

I’m definitely gonna have to go with a milk or dark chocolate digestive biscuit ๐๐ช๐ซ๐ฅ
-
Helen Roy answered on 7 Jul 2020:
I prefer flapjack to biscuits – even better when covered in dark chocolate!

Oli Wilson answered on 8 Jul 2020:
The first answer, from Chloe, is very clearly the correct one: much as I love many different types of biscuits, the only one that I have to have in the kitchen is a dark chocolate digestive.
-
Evelyn Greeves answered on 9 Jul 2020:
I always love a chocolate chip cookie, but if I had to choose a classic biscuit then it would probably be either a chocolate hobnob or a malted milk, depending on my mood!

Ohh, tough question! I LOVE baked cookies. I live in Ireland and a store called Dunnes Stores does really tasty white chocolate cookies. In the UK I love the baked cookies from Sainsburys (especially the shortbread ones!), or the baked cookies from Marks and Spencer ๐

During the lockdown I started making my own coconut biscuits, so tasty and easy and really nice to have them fresh. Those became my favorite, palm oil free Ehehe

Chocolate Digestives or Hob Nobs and Garibaldi Biscuits. One of the things I’m missing in Lockdown, as my family used to bring them over from London (to Houston) regularly. They are a bit stale when you buy them in shops here.
